i got a new my scene doll today(sc Delancey)

I bought her for $2(free shipping) and she's gorgeous I luv her especially her hair color.Sorry i can't show you my own pic but when i get my camera back I will take as many pics as I can.She's has a blue stain on her nose(a littel one,but it's noticable) and one on her upper lip,can soeone tell me how to get those of her.
