Ok so it's a double entry day, but for good reason. So I'm on mytunes, and I find "All My Life," the K-Ci and JoJo middleschool-tastic song. And it amuses me greatly because Gary's been singing it quite often and it always makes me laugh (and cringe when I think about how depressed it used to make me because my crush was dancing with another girl to it once). And so obviously I download it, and I'm listening to it, and then I realize there was a blatant lyrics error in my head. This is in the league of AK's "apple dapple doo" (Prince's "I would die for you") and my own "I know where the cars are parked in the road" (Three Dog Night's Joy to the World when it says "I'd throw away the cars and the bars and the wars"). For my whole life up until today, I always (in my head) sang, "I promised to never fall in love with a stranger, you're always thinking of, Herbie the love bug." Granted, that does not make sense, but I was like eh, they're K-Ci and JoJo, they do what they want. My epiphany today led me to realize that it indeed is, "I promised to never fall in love with a stranger, you're all I'm thinking of, I praise the Lord above." Eureka!
