Dearborn, Michigan?

I'm still watching CNN, and they keep showing images of Dearborn, Michigan. And all I keep thinking about is The Dearborn Independent, Henry Ford's newspaper.

The Dearborn Independent ran the beginnings of Henry Ford's The International Jew, which was a collection of columns, detailing the evils of the Jews, divided into four volumes, and some of those volumes were offered, free, with the purchase of a new Ford car. Buy a Ford, get an anti-semitic tract. Fun!

Dearborn, Michigan, has often been mentioned in the past few years as a haven for a great many Iraqi exiles.

And every time its mentioned, I think of the International Jew thing, and about how Henry Ford was given the Grand Cross of the German Eagle by Hitler.

Saddam Hussein had it coming--of course he did. But leaders always have it coming. And there are so many other regimes right now who are committing crimes and genocide, and we do nothing. And Dearborn, Michigan, celebrates the death of Saddam Hussein, while Miami awaits, patiently, the death of Fidel Castro.
