This is the permissions post for OOC (out of character) activity. Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information, if desired.
Backtagging: Yes
Threadhopping: Yes
Fourthwalling: No- as funny as it'd be, Carmen would just balk at the idea of being caught (because she wouldn't remember it, being from the cartoon and not the game shows or the computer games. Plus the series protagonists in Earth were the only 2 people to catch her).
Offensive subjects: Animal cruelty, posing a fatal or potential-for-fatality threat to the person or persons chasing her. (Or her friends, when she makes some).

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
Hugging this character: If she knows you well enough, sure. Or if you're a kid, then she won't mind as much. If you're her age or older though, expect a pair of held up hands and a dismissive statement.
Kissing this character: See the above about hugging. Carmen doesn't strike me as being very touchy-feely unless she knows your character well enough.
Flirting with this character: Knock yourself out. She'll be entertained at the idea, but will probably not readily return your advances.
Fighting with this character: Ask me first! Carmen's not a waif by any stretch, but she fights with gadgets and her mind, instead of with her fist.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Again, ask me. I'm not above Carmen being bested or hurt, but nothing major to start out with.
Killing this character: No pls. :|
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Ask me, but it should be okay.
Warnings:
Carmen, while being not entirely bad, isn't also entirely good. Don't be surprised if she steals something from a character she considers an acquantiance and then tells them to come look for her. Also the clues will try to be solveable, but the answers won't be posted OOCly. (This is to make it an actual challenge. If/When the clues are proving difficult, though, just let me know OOCly and the solutions will be posted!). She's very much a turncoat, but only to a point. (IE, she'll switch and work with the people chasing her, but she won't switch and work with the people trying to kill/kidnap/seriously injure the people chasing her).
