No, sorry, I have no idea- all it says on it is copyright Nintendo 2000! So I've probably had it for 10 years. o___o

Oops yeah sorry, forgot to get a picture of the bottom! It is indeed a pencil topper, I think, there is a round hole at the bottom. It looks as if an eraser could fit in there, it is hollowed out ^^
