Google, if you're reading this, feel free to hire me?

Google Search should be more like programming! There are so many things that I want to be able to do, but as far as I know are impossible:

1) I want to be able to search for a string with variables, such as "cannot convert from [X] to [X]" where [X] is a variable and the two [X]s have to be equal. Or else "cannot convert from [X] to [Y]", [X]!=[Y]; that would be useful, too.

2) I want to be able to feed Google a bunch of websites and it'll search from all of those websites. This is possible using (site:xyz OR site:qrs OR site:tuv), but it doesn't work 100% because I tried it and it didn't give me some results that I got by searching for the site alone.

3) The ability to comment something out. Say I have a search string "match this phrase" AND "match this phrase too" AND "also this one, please" and I want to try cutting out the search on "match this phrase too" to see if it improves my results, but I don't want to lose my string. It would be nice to be able to just comment it out.

For the audience:

I. Does anyone know if what I want has already been implemented and I just don't know about it?

II. What else do you guys wish you could do with Google?

hello computer!
