Love/Hate Relationship with public transportation

I've noticed that you seem to have a problem with way, way overcrowded buses (you know, the kind where not only are the aisles stuffed, but it's elderly people and people with babies stuffed in the aisles because there aren't enough seats even for them?), and I think I have a suggestion for you: increase the number/frequency of buses on the route. There are double the number of people on the bus that there should be and you're making money off of them, so you should be able to afford it.
And if you can't? Here's a money-saving tip for you: Leave out the heating in the new buses, dammit. We're all wearing coats and scarves and gloves and hats. Do you really think that 30 degrees Celcius is comfortable in dead-of-the-winter gear? What, are we all supposed to keep the subtropic-like temperature of the bus in mind when we get dressed in the morning?
