1. So the coffee machine at work suddenly has a sign on it that says, "Be careful when picking up your drink. Metal plate electrocutes." So I looked at it for a really long time. And then I bought a drink.
Good news!
2.
iwillnotcave, one of her Brooklynese friends (Naamit?) and
ninabrujaha are coming for Rosh Hashana. I have a million bazillion crazy menu plans and what the heck? Yom Tov is expensive.
3. I just admitted to myself this morning (at the doctor's office) that I have a phobia of needles. Shots aren't bad--I'm the only one of my sisters who doesn't whine about how much tetanus shots hurt (they're certainly not more painful than getting punched hard in the shoulder) but I don't like it when they have this long needle and they look for a vein. Maybe I just have a phobia of blood vessels.
Which is weird because in seventh grade when we had to do Hyperstudio (HYPERSTUDIO OMG) projects on body parts, I did mine on blood vessels.
4. A few new icons and a few new old icons.
5.
Navah is not a crook!
