Bread Maker...check Meat Maker.....?

Hmmm....interesting....the concept of making meat without an animals help.

just imagine this.....you get home late from work, you don't know what to eat for dinner, and then, in front of you, is the savior of dinner, a meat maker. With the press of a button, and let's say, 5 minutes, you have a perfectly cooked prime rib in front of you.

am i the only one that finds this a touch disturbing. yeah, it's okay to read about it in sci fi books, and to laugh at a characters crave for "real" meat. but still, meat at a touch of a button, that is not even derived from meat. it gives mystery meat a whole knew meaning. but whatever, for the sakes of space travel, meat makers are the way of the future. i can see it now, companies fighting over who's meat maker makes the best meat. i can see mcdonalds producing their meat products on location (wait a minute, doesn't that already happen). i know that meat production would the become environment happy, being that less farm animals would be needed and food production would be a piece of cake. But come on, think of all those vegetarians that won't eat meat because of the suffering of animals, what would you do with synth meat. is it meat? is it wierd science crud? what would you eat? granted, knowing me, i'd be the first to try such technology purely out of curiosity. but still, i'm still loving this age we live in now.

In other news...

stupid precalc test was today, i don't know how i did. every time i think i did bad, i do good. every time i think i do good, i do bad. But i have no friggin clue how i did. whatever...the last test which i thought i failed i got a B on so, i guess i'll attempt positive thinking.

oh yeah....my boss person isn't here today, so i once again have like nothing to do except stare at a manual and textbook. hmmmm.....hard choice.....

chow

penquins will eat you
