While I like the idea of a single pass/card to use on all the public transit systems in my area, I am NOT happy with Clipper (was TransLink). Updating funding source information takes days, and on more than one occasion I've been blocked from using my pass even though the Clipper customer service told me it should work "the next day."
The most recent period of unavailability was from Friday through yesterday. One of the irritations is having a problem with the pass even though the status shows "Active" when I sign on to the Clipper website and check.
Maybe my complaints will lead to others having a better experience. *sigh*
