CRAC trail, Salem
Fun trial this past weekend in Salem. Warm but not too hot each day. I thought the schedule was "husband friendly" in that we were running three classes in a row (minimum waiting around time) but Tashi was way too distracted by his daddy hanging out in the corner to pay much mind to me. He's been to plenty of our trials before, but apparently he was sufficiently "in the crowd" in the past that it didn't make a difference. Oh well, good to know and glad it happened in Premiere! Pete wanted to stay in the car the rest of the day so he wouldn't be a distraction; he ended up having not such a good time. :(
I also misjudged a rear cross to the A-frame and caused a refusal, so just a JWW Q for the day. Oh well, lessons learned.
Saturday went better. Lucky Charm Lisa came with me and I love how she can do her own thing for the day and I never have to worry about her not having a good time! We missed our Premiere again but got the other two, fun times. He even won High in Trial All American for the day, woo hoo! Sunday was good as well though I sure missed running premiere before the other classes. Two more QQs in the books!
