Hopefully your plans don't involve taking my daughter away for the next holiday Admiral

Why would my plans include taking someone's daughter away?

Don't think I don't know it was you who spoke to the council making allowances for Joanna to spend Christmas with Leonard on the Enterprise....

*kind of annoyed* Considering I do not involve myself in the personal affairs of Senior Officers when I command a ship, I certainly do not do it with vessels and crews that are no longer under my direct supervision.

If you have an issue with how Doctor McCoy handles his personal affairs I suggest you take it up with him and not with an Admiral of the Fleet. I have more important things to worry about than the location of your child, Ambassador.

Plans to scare all of the cadets into actually taking their classes seriously?

I'm going to try, though I doubt it's going to happen.

I'll see what I can do, Cadet. What about them interests you?

Probably the Mughals, sir. I think it's natural for people to be interested in their homelands, even if they were invaders or whatever, I'm afraid I don't know much about it. And... I've read a little about all three. All the intrigue in the courts is interesting, and how empires were made from such diversity. *really hopes she's sounding like she knows what she's talking about because she's not so sure she does*

Write me a lesson plan.

It might even get you out of a paper.
