Jim, hey, didn't see you come in. [Walks over, tapping away at a PADD] I've sent the reports on the toxin back to Starfleet, hopefully I should get a response by the end of the week. I could really use a few more doctor's, if you were willing to ask for a few to be transferred to the ship and if you're not busy later, care to share a drink with me?
*The young man doesn't move. He just keeps staring up at the paneling as if he were studying something. Quietly he cants his head to the right as if listening- his eyes never leaving their acquired spot.*
...oh, you're ignoring me now? You listen here and you listen good, I have just served double my shift, and unless you're down to help me out of have a medical problem, you can just get out of my sickbay, Jim. [Grabs his arm]
*The instant the hand is about his arm the kid is flailing, literally. It's not exactly a keening sound that he is making but it's close enough as he tries to fall over the edge of the bed to the floor away from the loud man. NO GRABBING! :| *
To... to loud. Like drilling. Digging deeper and deeper. Chip the bone- leave a hole. Can't... can't..
*Lowering his hand to his lap the youth was soon to let his gaze fall away looking upward. It was hard telling how long he had been sitting there like that. Truth be told he wished he was back in his hiding spot down in engineering. Just.. well they thought medical was better for him for some reason. It smelled in there.*
*Raising his hand the blond carefully canted his head to the right still looking up at the paneling as he spoke.* All the stars in the universe dancing above our heads. Foxtrot. Swingin' on a star..
*Jim turned his head to look at the girl. Jo. Jojo. It was a very flat expression of 'you're just not listening hard enough'. But with a sigh he turned around from where he had been facing away from the door to better look at her.*
*Oh hey person he doesn't know! He looks familiar but he's not. There's a tick that just isn't right about him. Like a clock out of sync with the rest of the universe. Have a very wide-eyed gaze looking back at you because whut?*
*FFFFFFFFFF! Snapping fingers infront of his face was the perfect way to get the youth to flailing backwards up the bed. He's not exactly panting with breath from the sudden in your face action of the man but, well, LOUD!*
Don't... don't know you. Not right. Tickticktocktickticktock. Not right. Not right!
*TTThhhpppppt. That's the sound of a raspberry which Jim is giving you, Janice. A smile slid across his face before he shook his head quickly looking down and seeming younger than he was.*

*Canting his head to the right, Kirk kept his eyes on the ceiling. He hadn't moved since the nurse had told him to stay there. Literally.*
Lots of little souls.. all dancing. Swinging on stars.
*Wait what- was she sad? Noooo don't be sad! Sad is bad!*
