My pain
It's April Fool's Day. 
I went to my normal doctor today to complain about my TMJD pain. He asked where it hurt and I showed him and he says, "Well, where you're pointing in not your TMJ. That's your masseter muscle." So he does some poking and prodding and "Does this hurt?" -ing and comes to the conclusion that I need an MRI to figure out whether this constant pain is actually my TMJ or the muscle.
I'm actually excited about getting an MRI.
I've never had one before and they do them on House MD all the time and I've always wondered what they were like on the inside when the patient isn't seizing or bleeding or in a coma... etc.
An update on my calligraphy job: I've completed 71 of the 145+ envelopes and my arm is very tired. I've made it through by listening to my serious backlog of Mugglecast. I nearly spilled my bottle of ink when they suggested that Voldemort should have just used a gun.

Haven't got it yet. I think I might wait until after I finish my job so I won't be distracted...
