Oh.
My.
FUCKING!
God!
Steven Moffat, you are a writing genius! I freaking LOVE you!
Did not call the Claire was a clone. Did not call that Hyde was love. Did not call that the kiddlets could 'swap.' (Did call that they'd be all Jekyll 'n' Hyde-y, though.) TOTALLY did not call that Mom and Evil!Lady were the same person. I WANT MOAR!!!
Non-spoiler version: Freakin' amazing! Also, James Nesbitt's accent = amazing! (Northern Ireland for the win!) And the man knows how to move! Sometimes people don't understand when I say that about actors. What I mean is... well, sometimes the way an actor moves can really sell a role. James Nesbitt knows how to move. When he's being Jackman, he stands and moves and holds himself a certain way. When he's being Hyde, he stands with his back arched and moves quicker and holds himself in a completely different way. It is a pleasure to watch.
Okay, here's a question: Why is it that the best sleep you get is between the time you check your clock, see that you have a half hour left to sleep, and roll back over and the time your alarm goes off?
I had a dream this morning that the nursing home couldn't take care of Grandma anymore and they didn't have any rooms on the 'crazy ward' so she had to live with us. I had to give up my room and sleep on a mattress in the living room. I had to lay on my back because every time I rolled over, the mattress would flip.
Then I suddenly was given the task of testing the action figures for The Hobbit and choosing who would voice the dragon (Smaug?). I had to pick either David Tennant or Benedict Cumberbatch. Tough choice. Benedict Cumberbatch (love that name) has a more dragon-y voice, obviously, but I love me some Tennant.
I was being nice and having Grandma help me pick, but she was all upset because the action figures "weren't right!" And then I woke up.
I was telling Mom about this at breakfast and I told her it probably stemmed from bringing in an article about Martin Freeman being cast as Bilbo Baggins to multimedia class. She thought I said "Morgan Freeman" and was very confused. I can see why.
...because it would be strange if a young Bilbo Baggins was suddenly an older black man....
