Okay, I'm sure most people on my flist don't actually play Mass Effect, but I'll put this under a cut anyways.

Really? REALLY?! Okay, I get it, it's a galactic war of epic and unbeatable scale. There are going to be casualties. There are going to be consequences. Fine. I accept that. You destroyed the mass relays. Okay. You killed Anderson. Okay. You killed Mordin. Fine. You killed of billions of organic lifeforms across the galaxy. That sucks, but like I said, understandable under the circumstances.

All I ask is that Shepherd, their love interest, Joker, a few of the Normandy crew end up crash landing on the same planet (doesn't even have to be Earth!) and rebuilding together. After successfully saving the galaxy from impossible odds three times over a few years, my Shepherd deserves a little bit of happiness.

But no.

You gave me three useless, impossible decisions, killed her, then stranded my crew of some God-forsaken planet (why were they even traveling away from Earth? WTF?). Even though I had filled up that lovely green progress bar with all my war assets.

Three games, I don't even want to know how many hours, an excellent lead up to the end of the game (appropriately difficult and gritty), then you piss me off in the last 10 minutes?

UGH.

I want them to release a patch. Not a damned paid DLC. A real patch. With a real ending.

On a happier note, I told my boss I got accepted into Clemson's DPA program, that the decision deadline was April 15th, that I (truthfully) hadn't accepted yet, and that I (not quite so honestly) am still considering my options. He was completely awesome about it :)
