I finally got some writing done! This story I have in my head needs to be written soon. I love writing...
We took Celia's parents to the Trail of Lights tonight. They loved it, especially her mother. Shadow the dog was there too, and guess who got to hold his leash. Yours truly. That dog is one powerful animal. He was dragging me all over the place, and I wound up being finished with the trail twenty minutes before everyone else. Overall, he was a good dog. The only scare I got was early on when he slipped out of his collar. I chased him down to the other side of the fence, next to one of the lit scenes and slipped his collar back on him. The very instant I had him leashed, some park cop said to me, "Son, you need to stay on this side of the fence. Get that dog, too."

Anyways, fun times tonight. We ate at the Spaghetti Warehouse afterwards, and I love that place.
Fun times for me, anyway. Others seemed to be having a tough night. I just wish there was more I could do for my friends than give them a phone call and a cheesy, "Phone hug, guys!" I just hope all of my friends know that my cell phone is always on, day or night.
