Somehow, I knew that grad. school would be more difficult than college because it is only logical that a degree that gets you a $5-15,000 salary increase would require more work imput. But, I wasnt really prepared for this, and it is taking more than the psych textbook "two weeks" to get used to this habit.
I dearly beleive that part of the stress is the fact that I am the student assistant, meaning that although I get free tuition and a paycheck, I'm required to WORK as if I'm getting free tuition and a paycheck. It totally makes sense now. I think that I need to reinstate my "scheduled" way of life adopted back in 2006 when I was a biology/Music Therapy major taking 22 credit hours, while working 24 hours as an RA-- I need to plan out every second of my day for the next two weeks, and then reward myself heavily at the end of the said two weeks. Hmm...that means that I also have to make time in the day to think about what my reward shall be.
Oh, well. Back to the books.
