What does "sick as a dog" even mean?

Well that is what I am though, sick as a dog. Or sick as a sick person. That makes more sense. I think I have strep but I'm not sure, but I have an appointment.

Well on a lighter note my laptop finally took a dump and died. I cant get the damned thing to retain power. I called a dude that fixes laptops and he was cheaper than geeksquad or firedog. Still its going to cost a few hundred dollars. I'm debating on weather or not to just buy a new one. The problem is even having that few hundred dollars. We're trying to refinance our home and Nate doesnt want to spend anything or even try credit until that's done. His responsibility can be pretty annoying sometimes. However as soon as I can get my last stub from Volt then we can get the refinance taken care of. I think I'll be getting that tomorrow. Til then I have no laptop. *sniff* How sad.

I kind of had a story idea pop into my head the other day. Nothing developed, just a blurb that sounded funny in my head. I'm glad I'm thinking about writing again. When I was a teen though I was always writing because I always had time, now its like this whole adult thing is really hindering my creativity. Not workin for me.

I guess thats all.
