Best day ever
(please excuse any typos. Its 130 in the morning and I just came back from a kick ass concert)
The day started on a major downer. I finished book 10 of the Trigun Manga, and yes...just as I feared, I cried so hard! I BALLED, not because he died so much, but the WAY he died...was SO heartbreaking and touching. So I cried and was broken hearted for a while...
THEN! and then....
Tonight I got to go see one of the most kick ass bands of all time... They Might Be Giants. Got to see them 4 years ago, and they came back to the armpit of America to Rock us out once more. It was a bit of a shorter show than last year it seemed, but they made it worth it. It rocked harder than last time. I took my friend Margie and made her an official Linnell Girl. ;) She was adorable all night screaming and jumping and getting down. It was great introducing her to the band I have loved for so long and watching her get down. :)
Linnell is still as sexy as ever. *sigh* I was RIGHT IN FRONT, and his keyboard was directly in front of me. So I got to watching him sing and smile at me all night. Well he didnt smile at me all night, but he did smile at me quite a few times. *squee*
After the show Flans signed autographs and stuff and one chick actually asked if he would sign her chest, and he told her he was a very married man. I hope she felt like an idiot.
Worst Part??
Idiots throwing stuff on the stage at them. Someone threw and empty glass beer bottle on stage, and someone else a cup. SO uncool. Linnell looked like he was pissed but they played on and let it roll like the professionals they are.
Best part??
Got to hug Flansy. I love you man.
