Warrior: Batman (obvious)
Smartypants: Doctor Daniel Jackson (Stargate SG1)
Hottie: Nicholas D. Wolfwood (Trigun, and he can fight dude)
Comic Relief: John Crighton (Farscape)

All are smart, funny, hot, and can fight. I have a win/win/win sitch here!! :)
