Super Robot Taisen: Original Generation
Since Atlus is delivering the sequel on November 14th, I figured I might as well try to finish the first one. The last few missions are quite tedious since they pretty much consist of beating up bosses that have tons of hit points.
Just finished Scenario 40 of Kyosuke's route. Beating down Galuin within 6 turns to gain the Mastery Point was shockingly easy, especially when compared to shooting down Ingram in his R-GUN Rivale.
Excellen repeatedly used Daunt to lower Ingram's Will, assisted by Rhada's Faith. Energy Taker and Energy Drain missiles were fired until he ran out of EN. Finally, Sanger hit him with an Armor Breaker.
Then all was left to do was to repeatedly hit him with powerful attacks, virtually all of them assisted with Support attacks.
Scenario 41 consists of beating down Levi in an absurdly powerful Judecca within 10 turns. Sigh. At least she doesn't have all the crazy defenses of the R-GUN Rivale. On the other hand, there are numerous powerful grunts with something like 28000 hp apiece. Heck, those things were bosses in previous scenarios!
But with my luck, beating down Levi will just make her regenerate into a more powerful unit or something.
