Castaways pulling in castaways
I finally finished draft no. 1 of The Sparrow.
At 315 pages and 67374 words, the novel I wrote to beat NaNoWriMo last November, the novel that had carried me through one of the worst months in recent history, the novel I'd put off completing because I couldn't bring myself to return to that headspace, is done.
What a relief to type "End" on a document. It will never get old, that feeling.
