Warped Tour
I had a lot of fun at warped tour.
I got in around 8 to do some promo. I put all the posters I had up. I forgot some at home :( I think I did a good job postering. When I got there no one had really postered. So I was in luck. I had my pick of walls and gates and trees etc.
Other then that. I saw some bands. Anberlin was good. I missed Four Year Strong to see Say Anything cause I've never seen Say Anything. They were good live. Saw The Academy Is. Good stuff.
Set Your Goals was my favorite of the day. They owned that stage.
Katy Perry was playing next to them on the Hurly stage. So I got to stand thru that. It was pretty awesome when the set your goals crowd was chanting "SET YOUR GOALS SET YOUR GOALS!" during her set. Matt's Dad was there. It must of been pretty awesome for him to see that people love this sons band so much.
After that I went to see the vandals. I haven't seen them since like 2002. They always play LA, but never here. They were fun. Then I saw Angels and Airwaves on the stage next to them. I've heard tons of stuff like "Tom sounds horrible live!" or they weren't really good live. I thought they were pretty good. Before they started the crowd was... I guessing quietly yelling? "Let's get this started.. let's get this started." It sounded like the gayest thing ever. But ya, they were cool.
