we are no longer on the same page.
several years ago, our thoughts frequently ran together, our feelings were in the same place, and we were oblivious to the changes coming down the road. the inevitable.
a lot of it has to do with my own struggle with myself, becuase i'm restless and irritable, and unsatisfied. you are in a good place, to be sure, and i'm happy for you. but i'm also stuck in time, and you're flowing along with it, increasing the space between us with a momentum that is difficult to catch up with.
