i'm going to acknowledge these things and then forget them

actually fuck it i'm not. i spend too much time thinking about things that bother me. i should think about things that make me feel good. people that make me feel good. experiences that make me feel good. every day is an opportunity to be positive. i need to just let go of whatever gets in the way of positive thinking, or at least try really hard not to think about it. i'll be realistic - letting go completely and without judgement is really difficult. i only accomplish that sometimes. but i'll do my best, and instead try to replace every negative thought with a positive one.
