No Christmas?
i was still sick all day today...very disappointing. i hope tomorrow is so much better so i can eat the real dinner and decorate and get lots done. and watch the movies i rented! went to bed at 9 and slept for three hours. been eating some things and looking around online for anything interesting, now am ready to sleep again. took a long nap this morning, too, from 11 to 2. man.
i wonder if people could start getting more creative with gift-giving this year, especially for children. maybe the gifts could be homemade or symbolic of something meaningful.
i've heard this a few times already: "We won't be able to have a Christmas this year", referring to people not having much money. Can someone who has little money still have a Christmas? Is their definition of Christmas skewed?
