My wonderful bride
So I've not been too well as of late and yesterday my bride made me monkey bread. It's something my Grandma used to make and even though there's about a thousand recipes out there for it, D* managed to make something so close to what Grandma used to do that I'm pretty sure she wa channeling. Every once in a while you get reminded of why we have the term "comfort food". It may not be the same item of food for everyone but it means the same thing.

4. shit on a shingle (actually we have the creamed chiped beef over baked pollenta slices.
