Down-time

It's been a little quiet for us lately. Thankfully. After Crowley, Ellen, and I rescued Jo from the stupidest demons ever, she needed a few days to recuperate. They didn't hurt her too badly, but they scared her and knocked her around a little bit. It was all kind of an excuse to get to Ellen and Crowley. What a bunch of morons. They made a nice dinner for the hellhounds that night. Alejandro made himself sick.

We stayed at Ellen's for a few days. I think that was good for Jo. She loves our house and she is, of course, a fiercely independent person who enjoys our life together, but she does miss her mom an awful lot, too. I don't exactly remember who my mom is, other than Lilith (Hell is almost as complicated as heaven when it comes to family relations. As far as I can determine, Azazel is my bio-dad, and Lucifer and Lilith are sort of the Mother and Father--upper-case--of all the demons, horsemen, hellhounds, and various other creatures that come up out of there. Our family reunions are actually pretty kick-ass.). NGL, I...like staying at Ellen's too.

These bastards better leave her and Crowley alone. I think Crowley's got some leads on them, thankfully. If you need to borrow any more hellhounds (I know you've already got some) or need anymore help, C., let me know.

Lucy has been behaving lately, surprisingly. I did find out that Pesti has a whole basement full of creepy cats. I don't know if she came from there or not. We adopted her from a pound. I found another pile of chicken bones arranged in a strange way, in the backyard, but other than that she has been pretty content. That actually scares me worse than if she were being bad. It makes me think she's plotting.

Got to run. I've got an appointment with an antiques dealer in Ohio about Jo's birthday present. NO, I'M NOT GONNA TELL YOU WHAT IT IS, DAMMIT. ♥

crowley & ellen sittin' in a tree, hellhounds ftw, lucy, ellen is a badass, jo is my bb, why is my life so weird, hell is for children
