eww i didnt do well
im going to try something new... im not gona complain.
or at least not do it as much because complaining

i went to moutain brook last night and i feel like i didnt try at all coach took me out of
100m hurdles and put me in javalin because my foot has hurting. and also took me out of
the 4x100m relay and put me in the open 400. and he put me in the 300m hurdles but i
didnt do them because i was girly cramping soooo bad. i really need to learn to suck
it up sometimes im so sick of hurting im just gona take on the pain and not care
anymore. but i do have the 4x400 today to make up for it!
