Dear co-workers: working at a reduce pay rate != working for free. Please stop saying it is.
Also, it is beyond annoying that my pay-cut is blown off as being unimportant, but you having to either work less hours or take a pay-cut is the end of the fucking world as we know it & must be discussed in minute detail every single fucking day!
