today was fucking fine until work.
I fucking hate working at a place when effort and productivity means nothing next to stupid rules. Not only that, stupid unnecissary fucking rules. The head boss that has NEVER been there the past week i've been there decides to show his stupid face into a desk and is not only a dick, gives me shit for turning into too many orders but fucking deducts half hour of my pay because i didn't sign back in from break. I had 12 fucking minutes left and decided to go back to work after i offered to brew fucking coffee...the fucking dick sees me go back to work, and doesn't even process my fucking sheets. I fucking catch him looking at me several times while i was working (*mind you during the time given to me for break)and decided to ignore them.
12 fucking minutes before the end of the shift he fucking says "Romina you didn't sign back in from your break, so you've been on break for two hours"...
WHAT THE FUCK! The douche saw me work my breaktime and kept looking at me waiting for me to do that without telling me shit. Then he has the fucking nerve to mark a .5 next to my name...deducting a half hour's worth pay.
which isn't much..but that shit was uncalled for. He just wanted to fuck someone over, so the new girl had to be it. Later the fucker calls me and tells me that one of my info sheets didn't have a number..maybe it's because he wouldn't process my call backs fast enough either fucking my orders up or not checking if i had shit straight. The only thing that idiot cared about was the fucking bag of garlic rolls in front of him.
the fat fuck has the nerve to be like "sweetie find this guy's number"....
yeah over the 50 penthouse leads sheets i had on my desk for westcoast!
the fucker forgot that i fucking got
-6 orders (that could of been 9 if lunchbox wasn't eating while recapping or actually calling them in the order i put them on his desk within an hour)
i fucking went to work to make money, noy to hangout with people who take themselves too seriously..isn't there enough of those stupid fucks out there?
- $11 bonus for the 6
- $5 for hitting $300 mark in volume
- $15 for hitting the $600 mark
- $610.98 in final sales which was 2 Readers, 1 US News with Readers gift subscription, and 3 motherfucking Penthouses
