We have had a busy weekend. On Sunday night we went to see Finding Neverland. I really enjoyed it! Everyone who knows me knows that I weep at practically every movie (I can always find something weep worthy!!) and this one was no different. I love Johnny Depp...he is so versatile, and makes every role his own. He doesn't give a shit if it's "meant to be a blockbuster", he'll do a film because he cares
about and believes in the role. You rock Johnny!!
Yesterday we ran errands around town, then ran down to Kelowna to get the river rock we need to landscape our front yard. I love Home Depot! When we arrived home, we started by digging out the rock that was already there and putting it where our patio is being built. It was my job to rake it all out and make it level. Then we planted 4 shrubs in the front, and then distributed the river rock among them. It looks
VERY good...much better than we expected. We still need 2 more bags of rocks...one for the end and one to fill in all the holes. On Wed. we will get that rock, as well as all the cobblestone we need for our patio. We will be putting this all together on Monday as Sat. we work and Sun. is my brother's 30th birthday. Mon. is our next free day and we can't wait to get all of this done!
