(no subject)
Yay! It's my birthday!!! 20! Wooooo!!!
Man, last night was craziness... we're all trying to get homework done, and then the toilets on either side of the suite started flushing simultaneouslty and wouldnt stop!! We went downstairs to ask the boys if they were having the same problem, and they weren't. So we're like ok... We tried knocking on the door of the other suite on our floor and no one was there.. but the door was unlocked, so of course, we went in. They didn't seem to be having any problems either. Then, Jen's bathroom stopped being crazy, but our toilet was still going and the water turned brown!! Brown water was coming out of the sinks too. So we're like great.. no showers for us. The boys from downstairs came up to try and help and couldn't find any sort of water valve to shut it off.
So we call 4WORK who are the ppl that are supposed to come fix stuff like this and they're like "Is it overflowing?" and we're like "no..." and they're like "ok, well we arent sending anyone out tonight then.
Then after a while at like 1am, it stopped! And we're like scooooreee. But.. now the toilets wouldnt flush and we had no water coming out of the faucets except for scolding hot.
Fortunately, we were all in a pretty good mood cause it was kinda hilarious and it was my birthday! Jen made me some pretty funny balloons. Lol. Good times...
I finally went to bed at 2 after spending a long time debating my birthday outfit with everyone. And woke up at 7 am!! WOOOO!!! I need a nap.
In the morning the toilets were all doing the constant flushing thing again. We got around the problem by using water from water bottles to brush our teeth and wash our faces. Lmao, Amanda tried to take a shower last night with 4 water bottles... which pretty much only wet her head. But that was when we still had water, it was just brown, she she just took a shower in it. Lol.
But when I got back from class, it was all fixed!!
Right now I should totally be doing homework. But it's my birhday, so shut up!!! When everyone's back from class we're gonna head over to Adele's for dinner.They take diner points... sweeeett. Then after that, we're having an OC party and makin SMOOTHIES!! I chopped up and froze all the fruit myself. They're gonna be mango, strawberry, banana, kiwi, orange, pinapple smoothies!! Maybe we went a little overboard there. I hope they're good.
And after that... out dancing for the night!!
General awesomeness all around. But first... I have this homework to deal with.
