Leftovers
Easter is over. (Ok, there's a few hours left ) The fun part is over. Maddisen and I were at my mom's today. There were baskets and eggs to find. We found one from a couple of years ago (Easter was at my sister's last year) and two were not located. A great feast was had by all (except for Jon-I left his in Mom's fridge-sorry). I got a few of hugs from my nephew, FRRB. The first genuine ones. FRRB is almost 4 but is usually shy and only touches me if he has to give me a hug or thank you as instructed by his parents. He was very sweet.
We reminisced about Poppa today. He loved to help my dad hid the eggs. He was missed and discussed. It was a good day anyway (even though I only slept for 2 hours after work).
The Easter Bunny did well at our house too-Maddisen and I both had to play hot and cold in order to find our baskets. I found both Jon's and Maddisen's baskets before finding my own.
