last night...
I had dinner with cheeriola , istariray and lundaginmobaby :) Well markandrewmateo was there at the start but he had to leave early before dinner came. Then later, nesza joined us. Wow, its amazing how all of us have lj accounts :P
Its been a very loooong time since I was in the company of all girls (my mom and sisters don't count, btw. lol). For more than a year now I have been hanging out with guys, especially in the office. I am the only girl in our project. And I eat lunch with four guys (yes this includes JR. hahaha). Some friends have this joke that they are the F4 and I am Shan Chai (or Makino, if you think in terms of HanaDan). And I would secretly assign who's who. hahahaha! :P
So back to my point. I have always been surrounded by guys every day so its refreshing to be in the company of women. After dinner we were walking around and spotted the mini-tiange in Eastwood and looked around. There were cute vintage necklaces, some all-in-one pack make-up kit, and a lot of bargain clothes. While shopping is not really my kind of thing, its something that I get to appreciate when I am with girl friends. I know its kinda lame that we ended up just hanging out in a coffee place and reading back issues of Cosmo and Candy, but the experience of just being with them was fun. Of course there was some girl talk every now and then, which adds to the perks of being with just all girls. ;)
So yah, I hope to hang out with all of you again next time :D

- I got instant tears in my eyes when I heard one of the most touching stories ever. *_* I do believe I would be crying buckets too if I got to watch that.
- Saw the trailer for I Missed You Like Crazy. It seems like a good story. But why did I get the feeling that the trailer already revealed all of the plotline plus the ending?
- At his work, some Japanese visitors came to oversee the project that my boyfriend is part of. As part of a normal conversation, my boyfriend was asked what were his hobbies, does he like anime or manga?
boyfriend: My girlfriend likes boybands, Japanese boybands.
Japanese-san1(older visitor): boybands? Ah, Japanese idols?
boyfriend: ah, yes! They sing and dance, you know, like Arashi?
Japanese-san2(one that is a bit younger, around 30's): Ah! Arashi! I know them, but I don't watch them. Do you watch them?
boyfriend: My girlfriend forces me to watch them!
LOL. When I found out they knew about Arashi I wanted to squeal and go ~kya~~~ but tried to stop myself. hahahaha! I did not really expect them to know Arashi since I have this image of them being the type to stay in the office for 12 hours a day (or more). At least they know Arashi!!!!!!!!
