ice cream makes me happy

I just have to say that I have discovered THE coolest ice-cream shoppe EVER! So a bunch of us went to this place called Cold Stone Creamery (I think that's the name) and what you do is you can pick from a list of concoctions or make up your own concoction of ice cream and any fixins you can think of. They take a hunk of ice cream, slice and dice it up with (in my case) bananas, caramel sauce and toasted almonds. It was the most delicious thing I have EVER tasted. Some people had oatmeal cookie flavoured ice cream with apples and cinnamon for an apple pie flavour. Oh man. it's so cool! Why don't we have cool places like that in Canada?
My love affair with ice cream will continue...
