“Look at it Master. There are no landmarks, roads to follow or mountains to look towards. What if we get turned around in a storm and go the wrong way without realising it…”
“We’re not going to get lost.”
“…We might fall of the edge of the world.”
“We are not going to get lost. I am sure the Captain knows where he is going. He has probably done this journey a hundred times.”
“I don’t trust him.”
“You trust me, don’t you?”
“What? Of course I trust you Master, I just don’t trust him. We know nothing about him. What if he is in league with some evil force on this…this…what did you say it was called?”
“The sea.”
“This sea thing. No I have made up my mind. I am not going on any boat, ship or expedition. I am not going to the Holy Land. You can’t make me.”
“Okay.”
“Where are you going?”
“To the Holy Land. On that ship.”
“Well I shall see you off and then go back to Locksley. Yes. That is my decision. No getting lost in the…the…or with the…argh! Master wait for me.”
