(no subject)
Ok as many of you know I'm in a new band now with Colin, Aaron Alive, Mad Matt C, and D Wrck... the band is called Far From Out. So far we've played one show and it was mediocre in our greatness. Yet, we were still able to muster up some support for our band, and we're hoping that everyone who didn't completely think we sucked at our first show will come out and see us definately not suck at our upcoming shows.
But enough about the band...
Mel and I took a break for awhile which most of you also already knew. However we were able to work out our difficulties and now we've resumed our relationship and so far SO AMAZING!!!
Like I won't lie to you live journal lurkers... we still argue on occassion, but nothing like we used to. And now we're both a lot more respectful of one another, and well things just seem to be working out better for us.
However, as a kink in this almighty machine in which is Travis... I have been forced to resume my education. Today was my first day back and well it hasn't been bad. I've only had one class and my only other class isn't until 330pm which sucks balls. Because I've been doing nothing but sittin' online and going to the gym sine 9am this morning. I feel like I'm paying thousands of dollars to do the exact same shit I would do if I was home.
Yet, for some reason I'm completely compelled to not let anything get me down this semester. I'm just gonna get through it and try and find the truth and the goodness in everyone and everything.
Which the latter statement brings me to a very recent epiphony I've had.
If you're a person who thinks that the good in you is derrived from the actions you front at shows or around the kids you wanna imitate... or if you feel that you're my friend and you really have nothing positive to offer to your own life or to mine. Then you're in fact no friend of mine at all.
All you people who want to fit in so bad that you will act out of stupidity and follow the social sect placed on your dinner plate for you to suffocate on... well you're of no good to anyone. Get a life of your own then maybe we can be friends.
But overall, life is amazing.
