I am so done.
I'm done. I'm just done. Done done done. And that's all I'm going to say on that issue.
I got all my reading finished last night. It took forever and a day but I got it finished and then this morning I did my discussion questions. Now all I have to do for the rest of the week is the learning team assignemnt, which shouldn't be too harsh, and the class participation, which is putty.
I called a vet today and got an appointment for Minou on Monday. She'll be getting her first set of shots and I will have to bring in a fecal sample. Blech. Not sure what they'll do with that, but whatever.
I woke up at 9:00 this morning. But I didn't feel like a lazyass because I was up until 2:30 this morning reading and whatnot.
It's been dead at work. I got a really fun call today though. This one lady called in wanting to know why her listing was omitted. I told her that we purchase the listings from phone companies (in this case, it was Qwest) and she would need to let them know that the information was omitted from their database. (Phone companies hate us so they like to send us bad information all the time. We're working on a way to where we don't have to rely on them as much but it's slow going.) She started whining and then I told her that unless she contracts for advertising with us, we don't guarantee free listings anyway (which is in a huge disclaimer at the front of the book), then she started saying that we intentionally deleted her listing because she doesn't advertise with us. Then I threw the FTA of 1996 at her telling her that what Qwest sells to us, we are required to print what we receive and we cannot alter it in any way due to FCC regulations. Then she said she'd call Qwest and apologized for yelling at me. In the immortal words of one sexy Colin, "Yeah, bitch!"
