About 75% of the music I listen to is music only released in the UK or it originated in Europe and made it's way overseas (only to flop, majorly...but that's because America has horrible taste in music). Rachel Stevens is one of the artists from the UK (and my favorite). So is Kylie Minogue (one of the artists to cross seas and flop). Another act from the UK that will soon come to the land of the free is Girls Aloud. Here's a visual:
Picture too big :(
Gorgeous, aren't they? Well, their first album Sound of the Undergroud is fantastic. "Sound of the Underground", "No Good Advice", and "Don't Want You Back" are my favorites. Now, their second album What Will The Neighbors Say? will be released overseas next week and it's the best pop album or album from a group I've heard...ever. Every song is unique and could be single material. My favorite on it is "Wake Me Up". It has a rock edge mixed with good old Girls Aloud sound which is kinda pop-electro. I just wanted to make an entry about them because I love them (my favorite group) and their music, lyrics, and voices are top notch. The music is sexual, cute, fun, smart, fun, and danceable...everything I need and want.
