I have been so busy with work and hanging out with Marcus.
Today I left work at noon because I am having an IVP test tomorrow. Unfortunally I had to take a fleets phospate drink (aka bowl cleanser) Not to be graphic but I really did not need this but was ordered by the doctor before the test in the morning. The other thing that sucks is that I was only allowed to have breakfast this morning and have only been able to drink liquids all day. And I will not be able to eat until tomorrow after the test so basically 24 hours of not eating. And for the people that know me, I love to eat!
Oh and for anyone who wants or does not know what an IVP is here is an explaination:when something goes wrong your urinary tract, your doctor may want more information about the kidney and bladder funtions than he can obtain by a physical exam. To make the kidney stand out on an xray picture some radiopaque dye is introduced into one of the veins of the arm. The dye travels through your body until it comes to the kidneys , which sweeps it out of the blood and pass it down to the bladder through the ureter. While the dye is taking this trip, the doctor takes x-rays which show any stones in the kidneys and wether the bladder empties promptly and completely.
