I think I've mentioned before that I am a Quickflix subscriber. On my queue at the moment is the Spooks Season 2 boxed set. I have previous received disks 1 and 2 of the set, which has allowed me to watch episodes 1, 2, 3 and 4. Then I received disk 3, which had episodes 8, 9 and 10.
Apparently Quickflix has tried to switch editions, but haven't done it in a coordinated fashion, and the number of episodes on each DVD changed with the edition. I called and explained the situation, and they said they would send a correct disk 3, but I should send back the one I had. I did, and the very next day received another copy of disk 3... still with episodes 8, 9 and 10. Another phone call, and this time I firmly instructed the operator to send me disk 2. It is in the mail, apparently. I've held onto disk 3, because he neglected to instruct me to send it back this time, and this way I'll be able to ensure they don't mess me around once I'm done with episodes 5, 6 and 7.
Today I received disk 4 in the mail. It has episodes 7 and 8.
