Three things, all apropos of nothing:
- I lost my razor/trimmers. They are in some box when I moved but I couldn't figure out which. I'm well beyond scruffy-faced again.
- I was at Powell's today, wandering and lusting and spending nothing, and I saw a book: The Atheist's Handbook, and it occurred to me just how dumb that whole "Guide To Being Atheist" genre is. Here's how you be an atheist: you be a person without faith in a higher power. That's like writing the guide to bipedalism, or not having blonde hair, or being tall. There's no secret to it, and the only people who would need that book are people who aren't atheists. Am I missing something?
- I invited a bunch of you, but fuck it. I'll go see My Blueberry Nights alone. I have zero problem with that.
