One more flyer done. More webpage done. More Amnesia Hotel done. Had a good meeting with Wendy and I'm curious/excited by what the Second Event might be. (By the way, we're currently accepting submissions for a good, catchy name for this thing, a sort-of-film-festival that shows new works from a new circle of filmmakers in Portland.) (Also by the way, Jim you are definitely welcome to "submit" Old Tom, I'll send you Wendy's email.) Haven't seen O, really, for almost three days now. I keep coming home after 4am (last night 5:45am) and she has conversations with me in her sleep, charmingly cynical ones full of the same kind of ironic banter she enjoys when awake, only she never remembers any of them, so it's sort of one-sided seeing her, and either way it's not good enough. I'm trying to finish up the projects I need finished up before Florida so I can spend most or all of the weekend with the old ball and chain (I call her that in case she comes and reads this).
My neck hurts. My back hurts. My wrists hurt a little. I'm hungry.
