Was in town today and some idiot decided to rob the bank. Well, I helped catch the robber and banged up my knee in the process. I'm okay, just hurts to walk, so Doc gave me some pain meds that I'm hoping will take effect soon.

I have a few scrapes on my hands, mainly my knuckles, but that's about it. No, it still hurts, especially when I walk. Izzy put an ice pack on it.

Did she put an ice pack on your shoulder after she punched it for you getting into the middle of things?

You want me to send anything with Garrett? Drugs? Food? Max? (Though he may yell at you)

Yeah, well, I couldn't help myself. I know I'm not a sheriff anymore but it's hard to get out of the habit.

He can if he wants, but Grandma was there and I had to protect her.

Yeah, she's okay. She wasn't in danger but I knew she was near and I wasn't about to let anything happen to her.

That's good. I don't blame you. I would have done the same thing and would have gotten the same ribbing from the family.
