Though I don't get what they were talking about, I guess the guest was ingenuously telling kinda silly stuff, because Eito looked like on the picture below all the time and Hina often touched this boxer (he must have been suffering because he couldn't tsukkomi him xD):
And Ryo... was enjoying his height superiority over the guest xD
I bet he again was standing on his toes so that he would look even taller xDD (because he can't be taller than Hina for sure):
