(no subject)
Okay so it has been four weeks since I last posted. Trish has been really busy and using the computer everynight so there is little time to post!
I have put my application in for promotion, but it would appear that I got my 'soft' promotion, so I can start calling myself Second Secretary and Vice Consul pretty soon (woohoo), it's all in the name.
We have about 130 days to go. It's all Forum preparations coming up (woo...not).
I have also been sick. Picked up a little cold on Friday night so of course my weekend was shot with headaches on Saturday, sore throat on Sunday and sniffly nose on Monday. Almost clear now, just with a persistant cough when last night I ran over my own foot with Charlotte's high chair, so I cut my little toe on my right foot and it hurts!!
Trish and Charlotte and I are also planning on 10 days in NZ on the way home. We are going to concentrate only on the North island. With the idea being Auckland-AUckland round trip via Rotorua, Napier, Wellington, the Taranaki and Waitomo. We'll go to the Agrodome for Charlotte, Gloworms for Trish, Te Papa for Trish, Republic of Whangamoana for me, Zorbing for Trish/me, Wellington Zoo for Charlotte etc. I'll try and pick up a half dozen caches as well, just for some practice!
