For those of you who don't know, I'm off meds, as my doctor (a new doctor, who thinks I am charming and a pain in the ass [not ADD, just a genius and a pain in the ass XD], and has told my mother privately that I impress him) wanted to see what I was like off of them. Also, because it has been about seven years since I was off meds, and...
...well, he's right. What I am now off-meds is very different from me pre-meds.
For one thing, I'm not a nervous wreck. I just have a faster flicker through emotions (tiny blips now register), react to things a little stronger, and have mood swings that are loosely linked to my blood sugar. This means food makes me cry! Wow.
While I am not paranoid, I do have the instinct to always sit where I can see most of the restaurant when we go out. This usually means the inside seat at booths, back to the wall in chairs. But the choice of table is up to the establishment, and doesn't bother me. As I am not in class, we will see how this affects my choice of seats there. (As I usually like sitting in the front, in the thick of things, but now the thought runs ZOMG PEOPLE AT MY BACK. O.O!)
I go in to talk to Mr. Dr. Thursday-the-ninth.
I also got dizzy/punchdrunk spells at Yellowstone, and episodes where my eyeballs felt the wrong size or a moment where it felt like very blood vessel in my body TWITCHED... felt like an allergy attack... but I think that was because it was INCREDIBLY difficult to avoid gluten there, so I wound up eating a LOT of it, which means
*drumroll*
It probably was allergy attacks. Food allergies. And LO, there was also gas, and as we all shared a tiny cabin, BOY WAS THAT FUN. XD
I still have not painted my room. But the downstairs and kitchen looks beautiful. Prep for bedroom-paintings is due to start Monday, or may birds poop in my eye.
Birthday haul! Unless otherwise stated, my mother is the most likely culprit. ♥
*A pink iPod nano. Daddy won it in a drawing at the company picnic, and I got it and not Jason because it is violently pink. I think it's cute.
*Here There be Dragons, by somebody (book is downstairs and I am lazy)
*
Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab's "Smut," LE 2006. (THANKS

*A computer chair for my desk at school YAY.
*Lavender bath salts
*20 lotto tickets
*new jammies
*$100 (grandparents' check, paid for the birthday lunch)
*showings of Live Free, Die Hard and Hairspray (thanks

*Larg (black mokona from xxxHolic/Tsubasa) hat! (thanks Sabrina!)
*Shakira, "Oral Fixation" vols 1 and 2
*Linkin Park, "Minutes to Midnight"
*Six silver bracelets with dangly charmy things on them
*A birthstone (ruby) ring that actually FITS, as my first one does not any more (it is size 7, which magically is either too big or too small on ALL of my fingers)
...I am attempting to figure out how to put music on the Nano. Pretty sure iTunes will be involved.
Yellowstone (with or without pictures 9_9) will be the next entry, unless something catches fire or sommat. Tomorrow, like I said, is the rest of the CLEANING FRENZY and in theory overnight guests come tomorrow. Tomorrow Yami, Poodle of Doom gets his teeth cleaned and Eva goes to the groomers.
Saturday is the "Goodbye, don't die!" BBQ for the Jason. Hm.
I paid rent, but have student loan deferral crap to deal with. (Mrrrr. T_T)
