Good stuff

Lundberg farms' rice chips are really good. Their "pico de gallo" flavor is really good, and has black beans in the mix. I mean, really good.

Namaste's bread mix smells good while baking, rises nicely (mostly while baking, actually), browns nicely, and still has a half hour left to bake. I'll edit the post later to let you know.

Yesterday the collective took advantage of menstrual cramps to make my life miserable. Then fate and roommates made my NIGHT miserable... but that's for the next post.

EDIT: Bread is done, and okay. The crust is excellent. I like Pamela's pancakes better (I have Pamela's bread mix, for pizza dough), and I like real bread better still. This one tastes okay, but it has a very fine, grainy texture. Of course, this one is potato, corn, and tree-nut free and Pamela's isn't. This is possibly why I like Pamela's pancake mix better.
Good with butter, though, and I definitely like it better than the rice-pasta mac&cheese.
